CONTRACT MANUFACTURING: OTHER CONTRACTED PARTS

PBZ helped design this a-frame structure (pictured at right) for a local company to hold pre-formed walls for transportation.  The concrete walls rest against the vertical a-frame while sitting on the raised angled bottom surface.  The unit is made to collapse for storage when not in use.

This is a "chariot cart" or "parts cart" used in-house for a company to transport boat parts around their facility. Intricate angles are laser cut and welded to form a sturdy structure and casters are added for mobility.  Finished with light blue power coating.

This quick release attachment assembly is made from start to finish at PBZ.

Additional hardware that is needed for this assembly is easily obtained from our Hardware Store Division.
